Brooks Development Authority

The Brooks Development Authority is comprised of eleven (11) members appointed by the City Council. The membership is made up of various categories, and members serve for staggered two-year terms. The Board’s duty and obligation is to contribute to San Antonio's economic development and to enhance Brooks City-Base by focusing on science, technology, and related efforts to retain and create high-quality jobs. Meetings are usually held on the 2nd Tuesday of every month from 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM at 1 B.D.A. Crossing, Suite 100, San Antonio, Texas 78235.
