RFQ for Architectural/Engineering Design Services to Develop Bridging Documents for the City of San Antonio Public Safety Headquarters
PLEASE NOTE: THE PRE-SUBMITTAL CONFERENCE DATE HAS CHANGED TO NOVEMEBER 20, 2009 IN THE 9TH FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM. The City of San Antonio, Capital Improvements Management Services Department is seeking a qualified consultant to perform architectural/engineering design services in connection with the development of bridging documents for the proposed new Public Safety Headquarters that would house both the City’s Fire and Police Departments. The selected respondent will develop bridging documents and RFP for procurement of the Design/Build team to construct the Public Safety Headquarters and Parking Gargage. The firm awarded a contract in connection with this solicitation shall assist the City in the selection of a Design/Build Firm/Team and shall not be eligible to participate in the solicitation process as a prospective respondent or for contract award as a Design/Builder or a member of a prospective Design/Build Team. This solicitation has been identified as High-Profile. Sealed Statements of Qualifications in response to the RFQ addressed to the City Clerk, 100 Military Plaza, 2nd Floor of City Hall, San Antonio, Texas, 78205 will be received in the Office of the City Clerk until 3:00 P.M. on December 9, 2009. Any submittals received after the specified times will be returned unopened. The RFQ and all required forms can be downloaded at www.sanantonio.gov/rfp. A Pre-Submission Conference will be held November 20, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. in the Municipal Plaza Building, 9th Floor Conference Room of 114 West Commerce, San Antonio, Texas 78205.
