| The City of San Antonio Office of Environmental Policy is seeking Respondent(s) to provide intermediary services to perform and manage audit and retrofit services for its “City Lights”: Small Business Lighting Retrofit Program, which will provide energy audit and energy efficiency implementation services for small business within its jurisdiction.
A Pre-Submittal Conference will be held at City of San Antonio, Office of Environmental Policy Department, Riverview Towers, 111 Soledad, 9th Floor Green Room, San Antonio, Texas 78205, at 9:30 a.m., Central Standard Time, on November 10, 2009. Respondents should print and bring a copy of the attached RFP to the Pre-Submittal Conference. Respondents that are not able to attend in person may participate by Conference Call.
