A NON-REFUNDABLE FEE of $80.00 will be required for each set of plans and specifications, which are available at the address above. Bids require a 5% bid bond. Contracts awarded through this bid process will require Payment and Performance Bonds in 100% of the contract amount. The City requires that not less than the prevailing wage rate for work of a similar character in this locality shall be paid to all laborers, workmen, and mechanics employed in the construction of this project.
