Main, Suite #300 San Antonio, TX 78212 (210) 349-1163. A NON-REFUNDABLE FEE of $250.00 will be required for each set of plans and specifications, which are available at the address above. Bids require a 5% bid bond. Contracts awarded through this process will require Payment and Performance Bonds in 100% of the contract amount. The City requires that not less than the prevailing wage rate for work of a similar character in this locality shall be paid to all laborers, workmen, and mechanics employed in the construction of this project. Proposals will be received in the Office of the City Clerk until 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, November 4th, 2009, and then publicly opened and read aloud.
