| The City of San Antonio, Animal Care Services Department seeks Applications from qualified, licensed veterinarians and/or agencies to provide community spay-neuter services on an “as needed” basis throughout Bexar County, Texas. Selected Respondents shall be placed under a non-exclusive contract in accordance with the terms of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Surgeries may be performed in the City’s mobile spay-neuter clinic, the City’s Animal Care Services Facility, Surgical Suite located at 4710 State Highway 151, San Antonio, Texas 78227 or within their own private facility.
